Introduction
This project was created for G4 Educação’s in-person leadership program, “Academia de Liderança.” The goal was to deliver a high-impact, fully motion-designed Key Visual that represented the program’s authority, clarity, and leadership positioning.
Everything was produced by me in a single day, from concept to final export, including visual curation, motion animation, and creative direction.
The piece is now part of G4’s official assets and remains recorded and used internally in their program materials.
Challenge
This KV needed to serve as a permanent visual identity element for an institutional-level program.
The challenge was to:
• craft a premium, modern aesthetic aligned with G4’s brand
• select and integrate assets that matched the leadership theme
• build smooth, clean, and powerful motion transitions
• deliver everything within a single day without compromising quality
The final result had to feel elegant, corporate, and visually engagin, strong enough to represent a flagship program.
Approach
To achieve this, I started by curating visual elements that expressed leadership, clarity, and forward movement. From there, I built the KV entirely through motion, focusing on rhythm, typography, and smooth transitions that reinforced a sense of authority.
I combined these elements with dynamic motion design, creating a piece that feels both modern and institutional. Even with the tight timeline, each animation was crafted to look polished, intentional, and aligned with G4’s premium brand identity.
The final KV balanced energy, professionalism, and visual coherence, making it strong enough to serve as a long-term asset for the program.
Result
The Key Visual delivered a clean, modern, and authoritative look that resonated perfectly with the tone of the “Academia de Liderança.”
The client praised both the speed and the quality of the delivery, and the asset is now part of G4’s permanent internal material.
The piece stands out for its strong visual identity, elegant motion flow, and solid execution, all produced in a single day.
Conclusion
This project shows how a well-crafted KV can elevate the presentation of an entire program. Through intentional motion, strong visual direction, and fast execution, the final asset became a lasting part of G4 Educação’s leadership platform.
